Compressor A 29.05.000, ZIL-5301 “Bychok”, new-model MTZ, engines D-242, D-243, D-244, D-245, D-245.5, D-245.7 – 1 pc.

Unit description:

Single-cylinder compressor A 29.05.000, manufactured by “BZA”.

An equivalent of this compressor is A 29.05.000 N (also “A 29.05.000 B”), produced by “ADVIS” Ukraine.

They are installed on the entire line of MMZ diesel engines D-240, D-243, D-245, D-260.

The difference between this compressor and the A 29.01.000 compressor is that it is equipped with a petal-type air-cooled head with plate valves A 29.05.005. This allowed increasing its capacity by 29 l/min.

Such compressors are installed on MTZ tractors, MTZ-921.3, 821.3, MTZ-1523, MTZ-1221, YUMZ-8040, YUMZ-8244, YUMZ-6AKM40.2, ZIL-5301 “Bychok” trucks, ZIL-130/131 (re-equipped with D-243-1053 diesel), GAZ-3308 “Sadko”, MAZ-4370 “Zubrenok”, GAZ-33104 “Valdai”, GAZ-66 (with D245.12S-2950 diesel), GalAZ-3207 "Viktoriya".

And also on other automotive and auto-tractor equipment with MMZ diesel engines.

Other application areas:

By changing the heads and gears of this compressor model, its characteristics can be adapted for different configurations of MMZ diesel engines.

Repair and replacement work should be performed only by a qualified specialist of a professional auto repair shop, on special equipment and taking into account all necessary technical requirements for compressor assembly. After assembly, bench testing must be carried out.

Otherwise there is a high risk of damaging both the compressor and the parts.
