Practical Polish mounted tractor sprayer Polmark 200 liters equipped with a wide 8-meter boom that allows spraying liquid fertilizers and pesticides in a continuous strip covering eight meters of sowing area in one pass. Well compatible with small tractors - mini tractors, with power from 20 horsepower, excellently suited for working on soils with uneven terrain.
The spacious 200-liter tank is made of durable polyethylene, which has high resistance to mechanical loads, is resistant to the effects of chemical solutions, has anti-corrosion properties and protects solutions from ultraviolet radiation. A special mixer with a double mixing system is installed inside the tank, ensuring even stirring and a homogeneous consistency of the solutions.
The Polmark 200 tractor sprayer is equipped with a powerful diaphragm-piston pump with a high capacity of up to 120 l/min; all rubber hoses have a reinforced base, resistant to external influences and chemicals.
The device is equipped with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge. The presence of liquid glycerin in the gauge excellently neutralizes the negative effects of vibration on the measuring tube when working on uneven surfaces, and guarantees high accuracy of readings.
The frame and booms with which the Polmark 200 mounted tractor sprayer is equipped are treated with a special anti-corrosion powder coating, which significantly extends the service life of the device. The rigidity of the boom is reinforced by a profiled tube; the boom is equipped with a mechanical hand winch, which is especially convenient for treating plants of different heights.
The Polmark 200 sprayer has a four-stage cleaning system that prevents filter clogging by small solid particles. A self-cleaning filter installed in the distributor, which does not require rinsing, noticeably improves the quality of the work process, allowing operation without additional stops.
This mounted sprayer has a single slit nozzle with a side shutter, and if necessary, the product can always be retrofitted with universal three-position nozzles and tips for UAN (liquid fertilizer) solutions.
