Polish fertilizer broadcaster for mini tractor 400 liters Jar-Met (plastic) is used for mechanized surface uniform distribution of mineral fertilizers on large plots - sowing areas, pastures, meadows, in order to improve the fertile quality of the soil. Granulated or powdery fertilizers are applied in precisely dosed quantities, which prevents oversaturation of the soil with mineral substances and positively affects the growth and development of crops.
The Jar-Met 400 l broadcaster is attached to mini tractors with power from 22 horsepower, fixed to the rear of the machine with a three-point reinforced hitch. The unit is equipped with a large plastic hopper with a capacity of 400 liters with two openings for fertilizer supply and a metal mixer at the bottom of the funnel. The spreading mechanism, installed in the lower part under the hopper, consists of a galvanized disc and four spreading blades. The equipment is driven by the tractor PTO using an angle gearbox and a driveshaft that cause active rotation of the working device.
For precise dosing of the substance, the Polish 400-liter Jar-Met fertilizer broadcaster (plastic) is equipped with special metal shutters with a manual control lever that regulates the amount of fertilizer delivered to the disc. The working width is adjusted by repositioning the angle of the spreading blades and ranges from 8 to 24 meters. The unit is firmly secured with bolts on a reinforced frame made of bent profile tubes, and markings of the loaded substance quantity in kilograms are applied to the body.
