Functional device designed for even application of fine-granulated and free-flowing mineral fertilizers - fertilizer spreader for a tractor Jar-Met 500 liters with hydraulics (stainless steel disc, 6 blades), intended for performing large work volumes. Designed for surface treatment of sowing areas, pastures and meadows to enrich soils with beneficial microelements and increase the yield of planted agricultural crops.
A strong capacious hopper installed on the Jar-Met fertilizer spreader with hydraulics is made of quality plastic resistant to high mechanical loads and aggressive chemical environments. The capacity is calculated for loading up to 500 liters of mineral substances; at the bottom of the hopper there are two outlet openings and a metal agitator. The spreading mechanism - a disc made of stainless steel with six spreading blades - is located under the hopper and connected to the tractor PTO via a driveshaft and bevel drive. The unit is firmly fastened with bolts to a reinforced frame made of bent round profile tubes.
The Jar-Met 500 liter fertilizer spreader with hydraulics (stainless steel disc, 6 blades) is attached to equipment with power from 25 horsepower using a rear three-point hitch. Mineral fertilizers from the hopper are fed to the rotating disc in precisely metered amounts and scattered over the area to a set distance. The dosing rate is regulated by a special mechanism with a hydraulic control system - two metal shutters that close and open the outlet openings. The spreading range is adjusted by changing the position of the spreading blades on the disc and is 8 - 24 meters.
