The mechanical fan-type rake for mini tractors GR7 is used for collecting mowed dried plant mass in meadow and field cuts - raking and forming windrows from ready dry hay. They can be used for clearing areas of branches, small debris and fallen leaves. The design is intended for use with motor equipment with power from 8 horsepower, mounted with a reinforced three-point hitch at the rear of the vehicle in use.
The working unit installed on the fan rake GR7 consists of a sturdy profile frame equipped with a steel angle (length 1.4 meters) with curved spring tines placed at equal distances from each other. Between the steel tines several special straight spoke-stops are fixed to limit the size of the formed windrows.
When the vehicle moves, the flexible tines closely contact the working surface, providing high-quality raking of the dried mass, practically without skips and losses, with maximum productivity - 0.8 ha/h. Additionally, the mechanical fan-type rake GR7 is equipped with two side support wheels that facilitate moving the unit over terrain with uneven relief. Lifting and lowering is performed by a hydraulic drive; control of the working position of the equipment is carried out from the operator's cab.
