Branch shredder RM-80D (for electric, gasoline, diesel engine) - powerful productive equipment that works with different types of engines. Designed for preparing firewood by shredding wood waste, pruned branches and small trees into chips sized from 8 to 17 cm, with an output of finished product up to 5 m3/h. Can be used both in private and municipal facilities, for processing softwood (branch diameter up to 8 cm) and hardwood (branch diameter up to 6 cm).
This branch shredder RM-80D connects to gasoline, diesel and electric engines, is mounted to the lower part of the profile frame on two adjustable transverse bars, directly under the crushing chamber. The chopping block is driven by a belt drive, via a chain transmission and gearbox, protected by special metal covers. The cutting mechanism is equipped with removable high-strength knives made of heat-treated steel.
Material for processing is loaded into the crushing chamber through a square intake hopper, and the finished cut wood is ejected from the rear outlet, closed by a round protective screen. The mounted branch shredder RM-80D (for electric, gasoline, diesel engine) is secured with strong bolted connections on a high sturdy frame made of profile pipes, with two support legs and pneumatic transport wheels.
