The full-tillage cultivator for a walk-behind tractor with roller KN-1.4L features a robust welded construction resistant to heavy working loads. Seven steel arrow-shaped tines are mounted on the reinforced profile frame with a working width of 1.4 m — three on the front cross tube and four on the rear. The tools are fixed to the frames permanently with bolted connections; the tines are specially positioned with overlap of working zones to fully cover the cultivated area.
The full-tillage cultivator KN-1.4L for a walk-behind tractor is designed for tractors with power from 12 horsepower and is attached to the vehicle from the rear by a single-point hitch system. The implement can be used with equal efficiency on plots with light and difficult soils — the equipment performs intensive loosening of the topsoil, cuts weeds together with roots, crushes large clods of earth and levels the field surface, showing maximum productivity up to 0.5 ha/h.
Additionally, the full-tillage cultivator for a walk-behind tractor with roller KN-1.4L is equipped with a metal packing/drum roller located at the rear of the frame, intended for crushing large soil clods and leveling the soil on treated areas. The roller is secured on two brackets with bolted connections and has a central adjustment screw by which the required working depth is set — up to 10 cm.
