Repair kit for pump A-41, A-01 and water pump D-442 with code 41-13S3-1, and housing 03-1301.

The water pump of the A-41 diesel engine uses three open bearings, closed by rubber-reinforced seal rings. The seal rings are required to retain lubricant inside the pump and to protect the bearing cavity from contamination. The pump seal is an old-model fiber, which is installed in the impeller and fits water pumps of engines used in a large number of agricultural and special-purpose machines. Apply colloidal-graphite lubricant to the working side of the sealing washer of the old-model fiber.

The shaft 01-1305 of the water pump is made of structural steel. Bearings are pressed onto the shaft using a press. Before assembling the pump, it is necessary to inspect the support bushing SMD1-1306 of the water pump seal for wear. If the bushing is worn, it must be replaced.
