Description:

The repair kit is installed in water pumps 130-1307010-B4, on ZIL-130, 131, 138 trucks, ZIL-431410, 431412, ZIL-433110, 433116, with ZIL engines.

The water pump consists of two parts: the pump bearing housing 130-1307013-B, and the pump housing 130-1307015. The repair kit itself is installed in the bearing housing.

The pump uses two bearings. The front bearing 160703 with catalog code 306574-P, and the bearing 20803AK, which is the rear bearing 120-1307051.

The shaft of the water pump 130-1307023-G has a flat for installing the impeller; the hub of the fan pulley is pressed onto the shaft.

The pump seal consists of a sealing washer and the water pump seal assembly.

When assembling, 50 g of grease must be placed in the pump bearing cavity, then it should be injected through the grease fitting.

The water pump is lubricated with grease CIATIM-221F, LITOL-24 or their modern analogs possessing properties suitable for the engine's operating conditions.

Pumps with this shaft design were installed in engines ZIL-130, ZIL-138A, 138I, ZIL-157D, ZIL-508.10, which became widespread in trucks and various equipment based on ZIL chassis.
