Description of the DTZ 470BN-GT walk-behind tractor The DTZ 470BN-GT walk-behind tractor is a practical and reliable model for performing a wide range of agricultural tasks on household plots, in orchards, and small farms. Thanks to its V-belt drive, it has a number of significant advantages over similarly powered walk-behind tractors with direct gear drive. The belt drive performs several functions at once: power transmission, clutch, and transmission protection element. If the tine is jammed by a stone or other foreign object during operation, the drive cushions the impact and helps avoid damage to the engine and gearbox. In addition, this design makes the walk-behind tractor lighter, more affordable, and easier to maintain. The model is equipped with a gasoline engine that is characterized by stable operation, easy starting even at low temperatures, lower noise level, and lower weight compared with diesel counterparts. The engine is undemanding regarding fuel quality, and its maintenance and operation are simple and economical.
