High-quality Polish Bomet disc harrow for tractor 2.4 m mounted, equipped with a robust frame made of profiled steel tubes with welded corners and cross beams, two working sections and a three-point hitch of increased strength. The unit properly prepares plots for spring sowing operations - performs intensive loosening of the top soil layers, destroys weeds by cutting their root system, crushes large clods of earth, and is used for mixing organic and mineral fertilizers with the soil.
This Bomet disc harrow operates with tractors of at least 80 horsepower, covering a working width up to 2.4 m. It performs effective harrowing to a depth of 14 - 17 cm, showing maximum productivity up to 0.9 ha/h on dry, non-stony soils. The two working sections are equipped with spherical steel discs with sharpened toothed cutting edges - 11 discs on each section.
The discs are mounted on sturdy steel axles with cast iron bushings and are provided with special scrapers to clean the elements of sticking soil. The sections are attached to the frame with adjustable bolted connections that allow setting the discs at a specific angle (from 7° to 22°) - this enables highly efficient treatment of plots of varying complexity, saves fuel consumption, and minimizes premature disc wear.
