High-quality semi-mounted equipment - potato planter Polish Bomet tractor 2-row (row spacing 70-75 cm) is distinguished by high planting productivity due to a well-thought-out design and simple convenient adjustment. Used for planting standard tubers sized 60 mm, on medium and large sowing areas.
The Polish potato planter is equipped with a receiving metal hopper with a volume of 300 l with two elevator-type sowing units - strong roller chains with round stamped cups. The conveyors are engaged by a drive shaft with sprockets that transmit torque from the traction wheels to the working chain. The planting mechanism is covered from above by a special hood equipped with a spring tensioner that protects the working chain from sagging.
The potato planter is attached to a tractor with power of at least 40 horsepower, connected to the machine by the rear three-point linkage. The row width of 70-75 cm is adjusted by moving the coulter into an additional groove and the outer ridgers into one of the mounting holes on the frame. During planting, the conveyor scoops up and feeds the tuber onto the cup toward the delivery tube, placing the tubers in the furrow at a set distance. The required planting step is regulated by the support wheels, which have a modular design - the rims of the traction wheels consist of elements fastened to the base with bolts, which allow changing the wheel diameter and thereby setting the required step size to 29-32-35 cm.
Final covering of the tuber with formation of the earthen ridge is performed by the Polish Bomet tractor potato planter 2-row (row spacing 70-75 cm) using three wedge-shaped ridgers. Planting depth depends on the chosen wheel diameter and the height position of the coulters - from 10 to 15 cm. A platform with metal supports for observing the planting process is provided at the rear of the unit.
