Oversized mobile Bomet disc harrow for a mini tractor 1.8 m mounted is suitable for use in private and small farms. It has two working sections with cutting discs (8 pcs each), mounted on a strong profile frame reinforced with welded gussets and additional tubes.
The Bomet disc harrow is intended for preliminary tillage of land plots for subsequent plowing and sowing operations. The unit provides quality soil loosening to a depth of 14–17 cm, crushes weeds, destroys pests and pathogenic microorganisms, helps lock in moisture on the worked area, and can be used to mix soil with mineral or organic fertilizers.
When operating, the Bomet disc harrow for a mini tractor 1.8 m mounted covers an area 1.8 m wide, showing productivity up to 0.35 ha/h. The serrated spherical discs mounted on axles easily cut the soil, breaking large clods into a homogeneous fraction. The attack angle (from 7° to 22°) is adjusted by bolt fastenings and depends on soil complexity and current working conditions. The unit is mounted on mini tractors with power from 30 horsepower using a rear three-point linkage.
