The Bomet disc harrow for a mini tractor 1.8 m, three-point hitch with roller is designed for pre-sowing cultivation of medium and large plots of land - cutting and loosening soil to a depth of 14 - 17 cm, shredding and grinding crop residues and weeds, destroying pests and pathogenic microorganisms, leveling the top soil layers to conserve moisture. It can be used for mixing soil with mineral and organic fertilizers, loosening the upper turf layers on meadows and pastures.
The mounted Bomet disc harrow is equipped with a sturdy profiled frame reinforced with welded angles and cross beams. At the rear of the frame there is a toothed string roller for breaking large clods and leveling the worked surface. The packing drum is attached to the implement by a three-point hitch equipped with a special screw mechanism that adjusts the working depth. The roller consists of paired single-row drums with toothed bars (8 pcs.), installed at a certain angle. The drums are fixed to the support frame with bearing-mounted fastenings. Working width - 1.8 m.
The Bomet 1.8 m mounted disc harrow with roller is matched to machinery with power from 30 horsepower via a rear reinforced three-point hitch. Two working sections are mounted on profiled tubes with pressure plates, the beams are fixed to the frame with bolted connections, which allows changing the attack angle within the range from 70 to 220. Steel toothed discs are mounted on an axle, each disc is provided with a scraper to remove plant residues and caked soil. Sharply honed edges and notches on the rim provide quality cultivation, even of hard dried soil. Maximum productivity of the implement - 0.35 ha/h.
