The active rotary tiller Bomet 1.8 m for tractor features a reinforced functional design intended for productive work on medium and large plots with light and heavy soils. The unit is equipped with a powerful working assembly consisting of a working shaft, disks and 48 cutting blades made of high-quality alloy steel. Flat sickle-shaped blades are mounted on the disks in two directions - left and right - which allows effective treatment of areas overgrown with perennial grasses, with a large number of weeds or stubble residues, achieving maximum productivity - 0.5 ha/h, at an operating speed of the machine of 5 km/h.
The Bomet 1.8 m rotary tiller is connected to the tractor PTO (speed 540 rpm); rotation of the milling shaft (265 rpm) is initiated by a driveshaft protected by a safety clutch. The actively rotating cutting elements immerse into the soil to a depth of up to 12 cm, cutting weed rhizomes and thoroughly crushing plants and soil to the required fraction. The rear metal hood, adjustable in height by two spring mechanisms, is responsible for the intensity of crushing.
The active rotary tiller Bomet 1.8 m for tractor is matched with an engine power from 60 horsepower. The machine is attached to the tractor by a three-point hitch with double-sided pins equipped with wide metal reinforcements and welded angles. Steel skids are installed on the body to facilitate moving the device over rough terrain. In a single pass the unit properly loosens the soil over a width of 1.8 meters. All structural elements are firmly secured with reliable bolted connections, and the body is coated with protective anti-corrosion paint.
