Manoeuvrable convenient Bomet disc harrow for tractor 2.0 m mounted is equipped with a rectangular frame made of steel profile tubes with increased rigidity due to two transverse beams and welded metal angles. It has two working sections with notched discs made of boron steel - 9 pcs on each section.
The Bomet disc harrow operates with mini-tractors with power from 40 horsepower, is attached to the machine by a rear three-point hitch reinforced with a special brace. The unit is intended for pre-sowing treatment of medium-sized areas - it loosens the top turf layers of soil, cuts through root systems and grinds weed vegetation well, promotes soil enrichment with oxygen and preserves moisture. In one pass it covers an area 2.0 m wide to loosen soil to a depth of 14 - 17 cm.
The Bomet 2.0 m mounted disc harrow works most effectively on dry, non-rocky soils, showing maximum productivity - up to 0.5 ha/h. The two working sections installed on the unit are equipped with spherical concave discs mounted on strong axles, each element equipped with a cleaning scraper. The disc edges are sharply sharpened and have notches all around the edge, which contributes to better grinding of soil layers. The attack angle is adjusted by means of adjustable bolted connections in the range from 7° to 22°.
