Productive Polish tractor-mounted sprayer Wirax 400 liters is excellent for treating sowing areas with uneven terrain. The boom width is 12 meters, thanks to which the application of liquid fertilizers and intensive irrigation of plants with pesticides is carried out in a continuous wide strip, covering a significant area in one pass.
This mounted sprayer is equipped with a powerful diaphragm-piston pump of the Tolveri brand, the pump capacity is 120 l/min. All rubber hoses have a reinforced base, resistant to significant mechanical loads and impervious to the effects of chemical solutions.
Thanks to the convenient stable design, the tractor-mounted sprayer Wirax 400 liters is easily attached with a three-point hitch to tractors or mini tractors with power from 25 to 30 horsepower. The strength of the boom is reinforced by the use of bent profile tubes, the boom height is adjusted manually with a mechanical winch - this allows quality treatment of plants with different heights from 0.5 m to 1.5 m. All metal elements of the device are protected by an anti-corrosion powder coating.
This tractor sprayer is equipped with single nozzles with a shut-off, has a four-stage filtration system that prevents nozzle clogging by small particles. If desired, the single nozzles can be replaced with three-stage ones.
Made of high-quality polyethylene, the tank is able to hold up to 400 liters of liquid, which allows treatment of a fairly large sowing area without stops for additional filling. The capacity is characterized by high strength, capable of withstanding temperature fluctuations from - 4000 to +6000 C, neutral to aggressive chemical liquids.
